Frankie WelchAmerican, 1924 - 2021

Fankie Welch is mostly known for her ladies' scarves, known as "The Frankie", and sold from her historic house boutique on Cameron St. in Alexandria, VA, to many Wasghinton DC political and social figures. There are many of these scarves and several of her dresses in the Ford Museum collection.
