Miguel Angel Garcia-Lomas

Miguel Angel Garcia-Lomas was a Spanish politician and architect. Appointed mayor of Madrid on July 13, 1973, he succeeded Carlos Arias Navarro. During his mandate, some streets near Puerta del Sol were pedestrianized, and the works on the M-30 were completed. He left office in the first months of 1976, dying a few months later.
