Physical DescriptionA tapestry features an image of an eagle perched on top of a silver bell, with a portion of an American flag in the background. Red numbers are next to the bell's proper right. The tapestry is framed in a vertical gold and black frame. A rectangular metal plaque, affixed to the center of the bottom edge of the frame, displays horizontal text.

Custodial History NoteThe general public donated the item to President Gerald R. Ford during his term in office. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in 1981 for deposit with the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum.
