Physical DescriptionA horizontal black-and-political cartoon depicts a man standing on a rainy sidewalk in front of a brick wall. Numerous "WIN" buttons are pinned to his coat as he tries to sell a box of them. Steeply discounted prices are displayed on a sign that hangs from his neck.

Custodial History NoteThe Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation purchased the item in 1996 from the Susan Conway Gallery at Glackens House in Washington, DC. The Foundation donated it to the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum that same year.
