(b, c) A red bell-shaped presentation box features navy blue fabric that displays rows of horizontal golden text on the interior of the lid. Red fabric displays a single row of horizontal golden text on the interior of the bottom half.

Custodial History NoteThe general public gifted the item to President Gerald R. Ford during his term in office. It was presented to Ford and maintained at the Executive Office of the President until its transfer to the National Archives in 1981 for deposit with the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum.
