Physical DescriptionA spherical Christmas ornament is made of pentagon-shaped pieces of patterned fabrics. The patterns include navy blue flowers enclosed in dark yellow squares with rounded edges against a burgundy background, green and pink, overlapping flowers on a white background, and dark blue wings and leaves on a light blue background with blue dots. A white braided loop is attached to the top.Historical NoteThe item was sent by a member of the general public to President Gerald R. Ford and First Lady Betty Ford in 1974 for decorating one of the White House Christmas trees.Additional Details
