Physical Description(a-c) Three identical ivory envelopes have a large square red outline of an image of a group of figures inside a building on the left. There is horizontal text above and below it. Each envelope has two postmarks and a vertical stamp of George Washington standing upright with a raised arm near a table covered with a deep red cloth.

Custodial History NoteA foreign official gifted the item to President Gerald R. Ford during his term in office. It was maintained at the Executive Office of the President until its transfer to the National Archives circa 1980s for deposit with the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum.
