Items donated by First Lady Betty Ford and auctioned off benefitted the Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, CA. Items donated by President Gerald R. Ford and auctioned off benefitted the Gerald R. Ford Commemorative Committee Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI. Stamps that didn't sell became part of the museum's collection.
