Physical Description(a) A postage stamp is affixed to the upper proper right corner of a two-dollar bill; a black postmark is below it.
(b) A white envelope displays black text along its proper right side. Four stamps, which depict an image of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, are affixed to the upper proper left corner.
(c) A white pamphlet displays black text and black-and-white images.
