Historical NoteThese glasses were used by President Gerald R. Ford and Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev at the summit of the Conference on Security and Coperation in Europe in Helsinki, Finland. They and other world leaders signed the Helsinki Accords at the summit.Additional Details
