Historical NoteMayor Hans Breitenbach of Linz, Austria, gifted this engraving to President Gerald R. Ford in July 1975. During their visit, the President and Mrs. Ford joined Breitenbach and other dignitaries in Linz for a dinner cruise on the Rhine River. Artist J. Peters created this reproduction of William Tombleson's original engraving, which was made circa 1840s.Additional Details
