Physical Description(a) A bright red punch bowl painted with a gold floral design has a curved handle on each side.

(b-m) Six identical spherical punch cups hang from each side of the rim by a curved hook.
Historical NoteRussian Lieutenant General Aleksandr Belyakov, navigator of the world's first transpolar flight, gifted this punch bowl and matching ladels to President Gerald R. Ford on June 23, 1975.Additional Details
Custodial History NoteA foreign official gifted the item to President Gerald R. Ford during his term in office. It was presented to him and was maintained at the Executive Office of the President until its transfer to the National Archives in 1981 for deposit with the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum.
