Physical Description(a-d) A set of four identical red mugs feature gold floral designs outlined in black. Gold bands encircle the rim and the bottom of each mug.

(e) A square red tray features a gold floral design outlined in black.
Historical NoteSoviet Ambassador Anatoliy Dobrynin gifted this set of mugs to President Ford. The State Department received the gift.Additional Details
Custodial History NoteA foreign official gifted the item to President Gerald R. Ford during his term in office. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in 1981 for deposit with the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum.
