Ford on July 28, 1975. President and Mrs. Ford’s state visit to Poland was part of the diplomatic trip surrounding President Ford’s participation in the Conference for Security and Cooperation in Europe in Helsinki, Finland.Additional Details
Custodial History NoteA foreign official gifted the item to President Gerald R. Ford during his term in office. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in 1981 for deposit with the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum.
