Physical Description(a-d) A silver tea service set includes a sugar bowl, a creamer, two kettles, and a tray. Each vessel has ornate handles and three have lids with finials. A scrollwork design made of organic shapes is etched throughout the surface of each piece.

Custodial History NoteA foreign official gifted the item to President Gerald R. Ford during his term in office. It was presented to him and was maintained at the Executive Office of the President until its transfer to the National Archives in 1981 for deposit with the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum.
