Physical DescriptionA rectangular, white piece of paper with a red stamp in the upper right corner that creates a silhouette of a tree with many leaves and the outline of vertical text along the right side of it. There are horizontal, curvy, black ink marks across the stamp and top portion of the paper in addition to a circular black ink mark that contains a date near the top left corner.

Custodial History NoteThe general public gifted the item to President Gerald R. Ford during his term in office. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in September 1981 for deposit with the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum.
