Physical DescriptionA rectangular stamp features an image of multiple vertical red-orange buildings against a blue sky with clouds. A group of people in eighteenth century clothing stand in the foreground. One man is riding on a horse between them. A small image of a red and white stamp depicting the Constitutional Convention in 1787 is near the top, proper left corner. There is horizontal blue text across the top.

Custodial History NoteThe general public gifted the item to President Gerald R. Ford during his term in office. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in September 1981 for deposit with the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum.
