(b,c) A rectangular white card displays an envelope with a black-and-white image of President Gerald R. Ford printed on it. A bicentennial stamp and black postage mark are on the upper proper left corner of the envelope, and a medal is adhered to the center. An additional medal is adhered to the right side of the card.

Custodial History NoteThe general public gifted the item to President Gerald R. Ford during his term in office. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in September 1981 for deposit with the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum.
