Physical DescriptionA horizontal navy-blue folio displays three commemorative medals. A silver medal features a raised profile of Queen Elizabeth the II with raised curved text around the perimeter. A bronze medal features a raised image of an eagle and a lion standing back to back with a sprig between them and has raised curved text around the perimeter. A gold medal features a raised image of a profile of Queen Elizabeth the II with raised curved text around the perimeter. On the other side of the folio, there is a piece of light-yellow paper, which displays rows of brown horizontal text.Additional Details
