Historical NoteBetty Ford wore this dress during her time as First Lady and after, including the Queen Elizabeth Piano Competition, which she attended with Queen Fabiola of Brussels on May 29, 1975, and the Parsons School Of Design Fashion Critics Award Show and Dinner at the Parsons School of Design, where she received the Parsons award for “her inspiration and support of American fashion” on March 29, 1976; and a Frank Sinatra concert at the Desert Museum in Palm Springs, California on January 21, 1978.Additional Details
