Artifact Collection: Campaign Materials

This series contains artifacts that document U.S. gubernatorial, congressional, and Presidential elections from Abraham Lincoln to Barack Obama. Many third-party candidates are represented. Most of the artifacts come from Gerald R. Ford’s congressional campaigns (1948-1972) and his 1976 Presidential campaign. The series includes buttons, bumper stickers, posters, banners, signs, Frisbees, shirts, hats, brochures, convention items, and other ephemera.
