Physical DescriptionA postcard features an image of Abraham Lincoln’s profile enclosed in a golden circle. There is curved black text along the inside of the circle, and there is a copy of Lincoln's signature below his profile. Two columns decorated to resemble an American flag flank an image of a cabin on the bottom half of the postcard. A silver banner is suspended between the columns and has diagonal and horizontal text on it.

Custodial History NoteThe general public gifted the item to President Gerald R. Ford during his term in office. It was received through the Executive Office of the President in 1976 and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in September 1981 for deposit with the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum.
